(Agreement enables the introduction of the open X-Road® protocol, which orchestrates multiple proprietary data into a unified information conveyor)
THE Metasix, specialized in multichannel service solutions and robotic process automation, is announcing an agreement with the Argentine group Thinknet to work together in the Brazilian data interoperability market.
With 13 years of experience in digital transformation of service for companies and governments, Metasix applies artificial intelligence to heterogeneous data platforms to integrate them with channels such as Whatsapp, URA, website, social networks, contact centers, and knowledge management systems .
Thinknet, in turn, emerged more than 20 years ago in integrability solutions for exchanging and orchestrating data from multiple sources, and disparate technologies, for the provision of public services.
In Latin America and European countries, Thinknet is responsible for expanding the X-Road® open platform. It is an open orchestration protocol that makes it possible to create a unified data bus for multiple companies and government agencies in mass service solutions.
In the Argentine market, for example, large Thinknet projects, developed on the X-Road® basis, allowed the implementation of Digital Government, with multiple orchestrated services, for the cities of Neuquen, Chaco, Catamarca, Buenos Aires, Mendoza and Santiago Del Estero.
In Eastern Europe, Thinknet records digital government projects considered bold at a global level. Among them, the E-Gov of Estonia, the country that gave rise to the X-Road® platform.
“In Estonia, when a child is born, civil registration is automatically triggered by the maternity system and, from there, all official documents and protocols are generated, relating to social security, public health, education system planning, urban prognoses and housing and so on”, explains Cleiton Jorge, director of Metasix.
With the Thinknet partnership, Metasix creates a front to accelerate automation and digital transformation projects for its clients in areas such as government, retail, education, banking, insurance and utilities.
These are areas where there is a high incidence of siled data and applications, and where legacy evolution is one of the main challenges for modernization projects.
“Thinknet's international experience and the X-Road® facilities for creating an agnostic data bus will reduce our engineering costs and serve the interests of Brazilian customers more quickly', concludes Jorge.
