The executive assumes the position previously held by Amanda Andreone to continue the company's growth strategy in orchestrating AI experience in the country.

THE Genesys®, a global leader in orchestrating experiences with artificial intelligence (AI), announces the appointment of Julio Cerasi as General Manager in Brazil.

With the company since 2016, the executive has built a solid career in sales, having served as an Account Executive and, more recently, as Sales Director. During this period, he played a strategic role in expanding the company's operations in the country, structuring commercial initiatives, developing new markets, and strengthening the company's presence in key sectors such as financial services, retail, and telecommunications.

With over two decades of experience in the technology, telecommunications, and customer experience sectors, Cerasi holds a degree in Production Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Business and Management. Throughout his career, he has accumulated experience in areas such as infrastructure, communication systems, consulting, pre-sales, and sales leadership, combining strong analytical skills with results-oriented execution.

In her new role, she will be responsible for leading Genesys' operations in Brazil, focusing on sustainable growth, innovation, and close market relationships. Her work will be aligned with the company's global strategy of accelerating the adoption of AI-based solutions and driving the evolution of the customer experience in the country.

Cerasi succeeds Amanda Andreone, who played a key role in strengthening Genesys' presence in the country, driving operational growth and deepening relationships with strategic clients. Recently, the executive assumed the position of Vice President and Regional Sales Leader for Latin America.
