THE VTEX (NYSE: VTEX) – the digital commerce platform for large companies and high-end retailers – has announced a partnership with stripe – a global technology company building cost-effective Internet infrastructure to help brands and retailers offer the most popular payment methods to their consumers, regardless of their business. Integration is now available to all VTEX customers as a plug-and-play solution.

With the partnership, VTEX's global customers will be able to process online payments directly with Stripe through the plugin available on the VTEX Commerce Platform. The integration will work in all countries where both companies operate, including the United States, Brazil, Mexico, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Romania and Singapore, supporting multi-currency payment processing.

VTEX merchant customers will also be able to accept Google Pay, which is a novelty offered on the platform, along with other important digital wallets, such as Apple Pay and more traditional options, such as credit and debit cards. In addition, local payment methods such as OXXO in Mexico and bank transfer in Brazil can be easily configured at checkout. VTEX customers are also able to take advantage of Stripe's products, including its anti-fraud tool, Radar, which helps detect and block fraud for any type of business using machine learning that leverages the data of millions of global companies.

As the retail environment is seeing an increase in payment methods, the collaboration between VTEX and Stripe allows global and local companies to match market trends and increase conversion rates through a variety of payment options, aimed at meet the preferences of all customer profiles.
