Consultancy, which is the only exclusive representative of QAD in Brazil, aims at expanding the market by up to 40%, considering national and international clients

Expanding the market, having more capacity for new projects and increasing the positive after-sales experience of customers who are already part of the house is Vockan's goal for the second quarter of this year. The ERP consulting company, the only representative of the global QAD in Brazil, has carried out a series of strategic partnerships aimed at expanding its products and services. Now, this strategy gains more strength with the restructuring of the Consulting and Services area, which should increase the company's capacity by up to 40%.

For Fabrício Oliveira, CEO, the remodeling opens up new possibilities. “We are going to boost, especially, our capacity to attend BPO and international projects, supporting QAD also outside the national territory. We are also going to be able to expand our global service front within QAD”, explains the executive.

An important point in moving is to generate an even more enriching after-sales experience for customers. “We understand that projects do not end with their implementation. Customer Experience it is a decisive factor for attracting new projects and renewing contracts”, evaluates Oliveira.

The initiative seeks to meet the growing demand for IT professionals who are increasingly required by the market and, at the same time, seek visibility.
