Diversity and inclusion at Vivo
Since 2018, the company has had a solid program, Vivo Diversidade, based on the pillars of Gender, LGBTI+, Race and People with Disabilities to ensure a more inclusive culture and a more diverse and representative environment.
In the pillar of People with Disabilities, the company has been promoting positive vacancies. This year alone, for example, it has already hired more than 300 talents with disabilities. In addition, the company's concern is to ensure that its internal training is increasingly accessible. In this way, training includes adaptation of videos with subtitles and posts with self-description, in addition to classes dedicated to employees with visual impairments. The company also created a squad of accessibility and inclusion to improve the experience of Vivo's internal public and customers. The project has the participation of ten employees with disabilities, who, with their experience, contribute to the construction of more inclusive systems.
