Tuvis, a technology startup that integrates the main CRM systems, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with instant messaging applications, such as WhatsApp and Telegram, has just launched a broad institutional campaign to publicize its new visual identity, in line with the launch of security and compliance solutions.
In the same way that the app has become effective in customer relations, in some cases, it has become a channel for exchanging business and confidential information. According to a survey of companies in the financial sector conducted by Steel Eye, only 15% monitor conversations in the messaging application. To fill this bottleneck, Tuvis has developed a Compliance solution (Tuvis Capture) that archives messages exchanged on WhatsApp in SIEM systems, Blob Storage, CRMs or other databases. The other security solution (Tuvis Protect) monitors the information exchanged on WhatsApp and prevents any breach of security and leakage of confidential data.

In line with this new phase of the brand, even more focused on offering productivity, security and compliance, the startup revisited its visual identity, with a new branding and new institutional colors. Conceived by Agência Pub, the brand's turnaround reinforces the assets that show that Tuvis is a global brand, with cutting-edge solutions. “We worked with a reduced and cleaner color palette, in line with technology trends”, comments the VP of Marketing and Growth at Tuvis, Rodrigo Lattaro.
On another front, the startup joined Olive Tree Filmes for a new advertising campaign, for the production of a 1´45” second promotional video to promote the Tuvis platform.
“The video shows how the security and compliance solutions developed by Tuvis work to reduce risks and effectively control the use of business data within messaging applications”, explains Lattaro.
It is Tuvis' second promotional campaign this year. Between March and April, the company worked on the “Your data, your control” action, reinforcing the exchange of instant messages on WhatsApp and iMessage in a safe, efficient and compatible way for security in business data communication, preventing financial losses for companies.
“The initiative reinforces Tuvis' focus in 2023 to expand its solutions to include compliance and security in all products and services. Now, we offer even more resources to guarantee the excellence of our offer and to be an increasingly strategic partner for our customers”, completes Lattaro.
