The arrival of the executive, who has great expertise in digital transformation, SaaS and cloud, represents a move that should accelerate the gain in scale and leverage of the venture's business.

The new director explains that, by establishing this structure, the organization makes prospecting for new business much more relevant, as it now has not only a dedicated team, which traditionally sells Stone Age solutions, as well as an entire the TIVIT sales force.

“In a practical and immediate way, this means that Stone Age will immediately have a group made up of more than 60 sales executives”, reinforces Ivan.

Another strategic and significant movement implemented by the appointment of the new director is the search for leveraging Stone Age's revenue through the insertion of its solutions in the transactional moment of its clients' operations flow.

“TIVIT has a broad portfolio of technology solutions to meet the needs of different market segments, especially the financial sector. With a wide client portfolio in Brazil, which includes large banks, card processors, payment methods, among other companies that use the company's services, we identified an opportunity to quickly expand Stone Age's participation, offering these clients all the risk analysis and fraud prevention portfolio. This is another important step towards becoming a provider of integrated solutions for our customers”, says the director

In addition to expanding the sales team and supporting customers' transactional areas, Stone Age also plans to increase its presence in industries such as insurance, retail, utilities and logistics. Another action foreseen in the company's strategic planning is internationalization supported by TIVIT's LATAM structure, which includes presence in countries such as Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru.

According to the CEO of Stone Age, Fernando Guimarães, “The implementation of these changes will favor the identification of synergies between the two companies and our operation will gain scale more quickly. With this new structure, we believe we can exceed Stone Age’s growth goals”, he concludes.
