Votorantim maintains the title of the only company in South America with this SAP certification
TIVIT, a Brazilian multinational and one stop shop technology, through its Cloud Solutions, supported the client Votorantim SA, one of the largest investment companies in Brazil, to achieve recertification SAP Advanced Customer Center of Expertise (CCoE), remaining the only company in South America to hold the title.
This recertification reinforces that the governance model, digital transformation and innovation processes and management of Votorantim's SAP environments follow the best market practices, guaranteeing preferential and exclusive service.
Advanced CCoE certification addresses all aspects of a standard CCoE, from delivering services to enabling business innovation, with end-to-end standards-based processes supporting SAP Service and Support, an integrated quality management applied by quality managers for continuous improvement through key indicators. This support is critical for mission-critical operations, business and IT alignment, internal and external visibility, and common understanding of key current and future issues.
TIVIT worked with Cloud Managed Services (CMS), in compliance with the TIVIT and Votorantim Governance process, to ensure compliance with all guidelines to guarantee the availability of SAP environments at the client. The Brazilian multinational used its expertise in SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCoE), a service component that follows the SAP approach standards to help companies develop or optimize their SAP applications and related IT operations, implementing automated and proactive quality-oriented processes in IT management.
In addition to recertification, TIVIT assisted Votorantim during the 120-day process, sharing knowledge with SAP experts through forums and online sessions; regular interaction between the organization's IT units; among other forms of support.
