This sector plays a fundamental role in the company, as it is responsible for developing and delivering strategic projects to end customers.

The main opportunities offered by the company are Cloud Consultant focused on AWS and Consultant focused on O365.

Vacancies have a variable salary, which can increase according to the bonuses received based on the goals achieved by the employee. Remunerations are compatible with the market, and in total, they can reach up to 20 salaries per year, with the possibility of acceleration according to the deliveries achieved on a quarterly basis, such as the quarter bonus, which is received when an employee reaches 110% of a goal. In addition, opportunities include the “My Home” remote work aid benefit.

Currently, the delivery area corresponds to more than 30% of the total size of SoftwareONE, and only in the last two years, it obtained a significant increase, doubling its number of employees, thanks to a restructuring of the area and the entire company, which was reflected in on a journey of evolution and reinforced the representativeness of the service team.

SoftwareONE's Director of Software Lifecycle Management, Gabriela Camano, says that, in the last two years, one of the company's biggest challenges has been to reduce the distance between the commercial team and the delivery team, in order to keep everyone in the same page and deliver with even more quality and efficiency. “We can say that, even in the face of the adversities faced during the pandemic, we managed to deliver a solid, structured and organized team. It was a challenge, so that in the end it all worked out. And now the goal is to keep growing”, he recalls.
