With the collaboration, startups nominated by Sinqia will be able to participate in the technological training program
Sinqia, the leading technology and innovation provider for the financial sector in Brazil, announces a partnership with Microsoft for startups, a program designed to develop startup technology companies through access to cutting-edge technological tools, such as Azure and GitHub Enterprise. In 2020 alone, program startups globally secured US$ 1 billion in sales opportunities.
One of Microsoft's most important partners in Brazil, 21 will now be able to nominate startups, which already receive investment from the company, to participate in the program after Microsoft's evaluation. “We are happy to be able to contribute even more to the training and technological development of these companies with services and products with so much potential, especially those that have priority solutions for Sinqia, such as BaaS, Open Banking Platform and Payment Hub. The collaboration is another important step in our mission to boost the financial market through innovation”, highlights Juliana Innecco, Head of Innovation at Torq Labs, Sinqia's innovation laboratory.
In January, the company launched Torq Ventures, the company's program that will invest more than R$ 50 million in innovation and startups through Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) funds. The company also announced in March the inauguration of the Sinqia Digital unit, with the acquisition of technology companies Simply and FEPWeb and a partnership for the production of content on innovation with the District, a platform with the purpose of helping companies transform themselves with innovation and technology.
