Serasa Experian's Human Resources Manager, Fernanda Guglielmi, states that the launch of the generator is aligned with the digital transformation of selection processes and the company's experience in recruitment on a national scale. According to her, although the use of ATS is well-established among large corporations, its adoption is also advancing among companies of different sizes that handle a high volume of applications.
“Technology plays an important role in organizing and supporting the screening process, especially in processes with a large volume of resumes, but it does not replace the thorough analysis carried out by recruitment teams. Professionals continue to be evaluated comprehensively, considering their career paths, experiences, and development potential. What we aim to do with the generator is to help candidates present their information in a clear and structured way, avoiding technical noise that could hinder the initial reading of the resume,” he explains.
Increasingly present in companies of all sizes, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) receive resumes, organize applications, and support the initial screening of professionals. These systems extract information from documents and organize it into standardized fields, prioritizing criteria such as clarity, objectivity, and structure. When a resume has incompatible formatting or an excess of graphic elements, some information may not be captured correctly, which can hinder its proper visualization in the initial stages of the process.
This initiative is part of Serasa Experian's strategy to support employability and expand access to information and digital tools related to the job market, especially in a scenario where selection processes are becoming increasingly technology and data-driven. “Our goal is to help more candidates understand how the digital stages of selection processes work and better prepare for them.
