Candidates must be studying from the 3rd semester of the Engineering or Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or Statistics courses, in addition to having intermediate knowledge in English and an office package. Those chosen will be able to monitor and develop analytics projects with innovative technologies in various industries and business areas. In addition, they will have the opportunity to learn more about different areas of SAS.
“At SAS, we believe the world moves forward when we combine curiosity and skill. Therefore, our internship program is for all kinds of inquisitive minds who want to participate in a complete trajectory of knowledge and professional training”, highlights Samuel Prior, talent acquisition partner LATAM at SAS and responsible for the internship program. The first six months should be focused on training in SAS technologies and their applications. In addition, students will be part of the global training Technical Enablement Academy.
With the internship program, the company seeks young people who are passionate about technology and who are willing to immerse themselves in the SAS universe and who are interested in the sector. The idea is to encourage the formation of a highly skilled workforce in one of the most promising technologies currently, contributing to the development of the local analytics and data science market.
