A company specializing in SaaS for agribusiness, which grows an average of 300% per year, was looking for a management tool that would support business expansion
With an average annual growth of 300%, TBDC Agro Software, a company specialized in SaaS for Agribusiness, realized the need to adopt a technology solution to support its operation and business expansion.
The company, which has 60 employees and operates in Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina and Uruguay, used simple accounts payable and receivable software. However, there was an understanding that it was necessary to improve the cash flow and results management processes on an accrual basis.

“We were looking for a definitive tool that would work regardless of the size we reached”, says Paulo Castro, CEO and founding partner of TBDC. Thus, he decided to evaluate new options on the market and decided to implement the SAP Business One ERP solution, with the support of Ramo, a national company focused on solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and an SAP partner.
As Castro reveals, the objective of the project is to obtain reliable robust data to support decision-making within TBDC, in addition to standardizing and ensuring even more security in its processes. Currently, four people in the administrative sector are directly benefiting from the ERP.
The executive recalls that all inputs and day-to-day management are already completed. Now, the company is refining some processes and training new employees to use the tool. “We are satisfied with the results achieved so far. SAP Business One met our expectations, as did Ramo's consulting work. The team that proved to be very mature and very accessible to solve doubts, which has been making all the difference in the project as a whole”, reinforces the CEO of TBDC.
He also points out that, in parallel with the implementation of Ramo, other investments in IT were made, such as infrastructure, security, cloud and the implementation of other specialist software, such as CRM and DevOps – all to improve even more the company's management and make its growth even more increasingly sustainable.
