Executive will be responsible for the Qlik and Talend sales and partnership teams for software-as-a-service revenue generation and adoption of best-in-class data and analytics solutions

Casey George

THE Qlik announces Casey George as its new Executive Vice President of Global Sales. The executive will lead Qlik's relationship with customers and deepen strategic partnerships with technology leaders, systems integrators and value-added resellers.

“Casey knows what it takes to unify and grow global sales and partnerships. He has a strong track record of consistently creating value for customers and partners,” said Mike Capone, CEO of Qlik. “From our first interactions during the acquisition of Talend, Casey has shown that he has the right mix of experience and drive to help Qlik achieve its goals. I am excited to have him lead the global sales and partner initiatives.”

Casey brings over 20 years of experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) companies and a proven track record of building customer loyalty and accelerating growth. He served as Chief Revenue Officer at Talend and, prior to that, was Senior Vice President and General Manager at Verint, a global leader in customer engagement, and also spent more than 20 years at IBM in a variety of executive roles.

“When Qlik and Talend came together, we created a suite of data integration solutions, data quality and analytics truly unique, first-class products that provide the opportunity to redefine the industry,” said Casey George, Qlik's new Executive Vice President of Global Sales. “There has never been a more exciting time to be in data and analytics. That's why I'm looking forward to boosting and expanding our leadership with our dynamic global sales organization and amazing partner ecosystem”, says the executive, who will be a keynote speaker at QlikWorld, an event that takes place in São Paulo on October 4th.

Qlik also made additional sales leadership announcements related to Latin America and partnerships. Eduardo Kfouri will continue to lead the region as Vice President of Sales for LATAM, now reporting directly to Casey. Recognizing the growing importance of the region, Qlik has decided to elevate it as a separate and distinct region of the Americas. This reformulated sales structure will make it possible to allocate efforts strategically, meeting specific market demands and strengthening relationships with customers and partners.

And David Zember is Qlik's new Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships and Alliances. David brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial space, with channels and partners, having previously worked with leading technology companies such as Talend, Cisco, Amazon Web Services, Pure Storage and Verint. David will engage partners at all levels of the ecosystem and bring a holistic global approach to partnerships across all regions.
