The 'telcos' deliver the links, but how to manage complex businesses such as retail and industry, with a wide variety of geographically distant accesses and with different needs?”, enumerates Artur Araujo, Product Director at Pinpoint, and adds : “In our projects, we take care of everything from the hiring of links to availability management, the most critical point and with long-term wear and tear when it is allocated to the in-house IT team, not specialized and with other demands to focus on. Thus, there is the extra benefit of centralizing contacts in just one supplier, with expertise and total dedication”, he emphasizes.
Investments - Pinpoint will hire 5 more people for the sales force to serve all states in Brazil. The current 42 professionals will also receive training to increase the synergy between the two brands' solutions.
