Mobilization for a More Digital and Less Unequal Amazon
Connecting through the Amazon
THE “Mobilization for a More Digital and Less Unequal Amazon” is a strategic partnership between the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MMA), a ABES and the Reurbi SocioambientalOur goal is to transform the reality of vulnerable communities in the Amazon through digital literacy and professional training.

Purpose: Transforming Lives Through Technology
We focus on digital literacy and qualification, using refurbished IT equipment and the RHTECH platform to:

Technology Training
We develop essential digital skills for the modern market.

Education and Income
We create new opportunities for employment and sustainable entrepreneurship.

Access to Communities
We prioritize the most isolated and needy areas of the Amazon region.
Environmental Impact: Protecting the Lungs of the World
Preserving the Amazon is vital to global climate balance. Our project directly contributes to:

Reducing Deforestation
We encourage new economic activities, reducing dependence on predatory extractivism.

Climate Relevance
By keeping the forest standing, we support its function as a carbon sink, combating climate change.

Electronic Waste
We prevent the emission of 1.9 tons of greenhouse gases and the release of 12 kg of toxic metals for each ton of IT treated.
The Power of Reuse: IT Waste Data
Brazil generates a massive volume of electronic waste annually, and some of this material can be transformed into an opportunity.

O Third Sector Observatory It gives voice to issues in the social universe—be it in the areas of education, health, human rights, culture, the environment, among others—that are outside the mainstream media's agenda. It highlights the problems, challenges, gaps, and solutions that can be replicated and scaled up, and it assists in the development of proposals to expand citizens' power of transformation and intervention.
