Microsoft has announced the appointment of Priscyla Laham as Vice President of Partners and Channels for Latin America, effective January 1.
In her new role, Priscyla will lead the Partners and Channels organization for Latin America, focused on transforming the channel for the future, inspiring customers, driving business growth and being the most successful and competitive partner ecosystem in the region. .

While a Microsoft veteran, Priscyla returned to the company in 2017 leading the Consumer organization in Brazil after working at Facebook, where she was Director of Sales working closely with a broad set of clients, from startups to large companies.
Her journey at Microsoft includes several positions, such as Marketing and Sales Director of the Consumer Channel for Argentina and Uruguay, Windows Leader, Marketing Manager of the Online Services group and CMO in Brazil, in addition to a period working at the company's headquarters in Redmond, USA, with the Consumer and Online team, and most recently acting as VP of Sales for Corporate, Small and Medium Customers at Microsoft Brazil.
Priscyla holds a degree in Marketing from ESPM with an MBA from Instituto Insper and Fundação Dom Cabral, in addition to the Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She is also heavily involved in Diversity and Inclusion programs and, more recently, in our sustainability journey, as Leader of the Brazilian Committee of Partners and Customers.
