The Summer Talent Logicalis 2021 will be 100% online and aims to foster innovation, the exchange of experiences and the diversity of visions
With the motto “Logicalis Without Borders”, Logicalis, a global information and communication technology services and solutions company, today opens registration for the second edition of Summer Talent Logicalis, a short-term internship program for young Brazilians who are studying abroad.
The initiative was created in 2019 with the aim of fostering innovation, the exchange of experiences and the diversity of views. In its first edition, Summer Talent Logicalis was attended by 20 students from different institutions and courses.
In 2021, the program will run for approximately two months, starting in the second half of June, in which participants will be exposed to Logicalis' business challenges in a totally remote environment. Students will have virtual tutoring to help them develop their skills and carry out the proposed projects, and will also act as facilitators in the integration process in the company.
The daily dynamics of the interns will also include interaction with the leadership, participation in meetings and corporate activities. “Summer Talent Logicalis is an opportunity to identify, develop and connect talent. Many of these students find few alternatives to put their learning into practice during the summer holidays, as short internships are not common in Brazil ”, says Tânia Casa, Director of Human Relations LATAM at Logicalis.
At the end of the internship, the young people will present their projects in a special forum, which will count on the presence and recognition of the executives of the company's high leadership, consolidating the purpose of this initiative. In addition, students will be able to participate in future selection processes for possible hiring by Logicalis.
To participate, the student must have the following requirements: be a Brazilian and a foreign university student (English language); have a statement of attachment to the university and be studying undergraduate studies in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business and Psychology. The interested party must be available to do an internship 6 hours a day, for five days a week, in a remote environment. When registering, it is necessary to choose, in order of priority, some of the areas of knowledge: Data & IoT, Consulting, Cloud, Security, Technology, Customer Success and Human Resources.
