LG Lugar de gente, a company specializing in the development of technology for people management, acquired the company Norber Engenharia LTDA, a company that has been operating for over 30 years in the technology market for HR solutions.
Partners for 23 years, Norber is one of the main suppliers of Frequency Control solutions in Brazil. With the acquisition, LG Lugar de gente intends to make investments to expand the scope of the solution, in addition to increasingly improving the employee experience.
For LG as a place of people, the acquisition of Norber is an important milestone. It represents another step in the consolidation of its complete and integrated platform for Human Capital Management solutions in the cloud. Norber's solution already has native integration and was developed on the same framework as the Gen.te Cloud Suite.
