There will be 100 vacancies and participation is free, with a chance of being hired by Inter for the 30 best placed in the program

Inter and Salesforce, a world reference in customer relationship management solutions, have vacancies open for online training focused on the solutions brought by Salesforce. The objective is to offer professional training combined with real experiences for a segment that is on the rise in the market, in addition to opening the possibility of joining Inter's blood orange team.

There will be 100 places and the learning trail is completely free. Students from the 6th period or recent graduates (until 2020) from courses in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering and the like can enroll. Applications until January 17, 2022 and can be done on this link. The training starts in January and will last for two months.

Therefore, we are looking for professionals who value the analytical vision, with a focus on data intelligence and other attributes brought by Salesforce solutions. We have the challenge of creating a unique view of the customer to build a fully customized journey in our Super App”, says Bárbara Pamplona, Inter's Growth Superintendent.

Daniel Hoe, Salesforce's vice president of marketing for Latin America, points out that the company's objective is to always create new opportunities that connect companies to their customers. “We embrace technology to transform the world and the way brands and people interact. Therefore, we want to contribute to the training of professionals who will use our solutions to achieve the best results”, says Daniel.

The 30 best placed will be invited to participate in a selection process to join the Inter team. Those who participate in the training will be mentored by Salesforce professionals and will also be able to learn about real business cases with experts from Inter. In addition, there will be the possibility of guided visits to Inter's headquarters and also of participating in technical routines of the company's professionals, according to the scores obtained on the learning trails.

Participants will also be part of Inter's candidate pool and will be able to become a Salesforce Ranger in 60 days with all the necessary support at no cost. The ranking is the highest in a ranking that measures the level of knowledge accumulated within the Salesforce platform.
