The Squadra Group and Skalena, a technology company specializing in Opensource and Cloud solutions for API Management, Systems Integration, and Industry 4.0, announce a partnership agreement to jointly offer solutions for digital transformation. The action aims to consolidate the performance of the Squadra Group as an end-to-end supplier for all stages of the journey of transformation and digital evolution of customers, further expanding the portfolio in the areas of DevSecOps and systems modernization. The agreement also marks the consolidation of the company's expansion plans - before Skalena, the Group acquired Just Digital and Grená, in November 2020.
