Movement of leaders follows the company's new strategy to accelerate business units

The Brazilian multinational FCamara, a technology and innovation ecosystem that transforms the adoption of digital journeys into value for business, announces the appointment of two new executives to lead the Finance and Multisector verticals, respectively. The change in leadership is focused on unifying the area of acquiring new accounts with that of increasing the current customer base into a single structure.

Ricardo Zanini

To this end, FCamara promoted Ricardo Zanini, who was in the Multisector vertical as an executive for new businesses six months ago and now takes over as Finance director at the company. “This unification of the business expansion strategy will bring greater synergy, organization and efficiency in generating results, making better use of the potential of the innovation ecosystem that we offer to the market”, explains Zanini.

“I have more than 25 years of experience in technology having worked for large companies such as Itautec, Scopus, Capgemini and GFT, having worked in the last 12 years in generating new business models in the financial segment”, says Zanini. “I also come with the challenge of better positioning the company as a partner that generates value among large financial institutions.”

Fernando Artea

Fernando Artea takes over as director of Multisector, the area of the company responsible for serving multisector clients. “I aim to expand FCamara’s portfolio to new clients and focus on strategic contracts, accelerating each person’s digital transformation journey with a focus on results.”

Artea has more than 20 years of career in technology companies, working in companies such as BRQ, Getronics, Qintess and Resource IT Solutions. “FCamara’s four values are also mine: strong attitude, teamwork, valued partnership and, finally, inspiration for transformation”, he states. “I see the technology area as essential to direct companies towards a sustainable future and driving this journey is what motivates us”, he concludes. Both executives will report to Raul Rocha, VP of the Finance and Multisector verticals.
