And it is thinking about training people and training professionals who want to enter this market, that the FCamara Group, a consultancy for technological solutions and digital transformation, has been carrying out for five years the Training Program, and now launches the second edition of 2021 in August.
The training of professionals is one of the company's differentials, which had more than five thousand subscribers in its last edition, and is intended for those who want to learn and start a career in technology, without being requested, as a prerequisite, experiences or training in the area, but it is necessary to have a basic knowledge of the chosen training path. “The program was created to train people, performing and learning in practice what a professional in this role is capable of doing. Registration is free and takes place from August 02 to 14. The program is divided into two processes: a selection process, which has three stages: test, interview and hackathon, all online; and finally, the training process. The vacancies are remote, and those approved work six hours a day, being able to work eight hours in case of effectiveness. After approval, the candidate undergoes a period of immersion and studies on an online platform with a workload of more than 450 hours to then be directed to a project.
