Executive with over 30 years of experience arrives to lead the company's growth strategy in the sector
THE Engineering Brasil, a company of the Engineering Group, a global information technology and consulting company specializing in digital transformation, announces the arrival of Flávio Soares as the new Commercial Director of the Energy & Utilities vertical. The executive will be responsible for business development and expanding the company's operations in this market segment.
With over three decades of experience in information technology, Soares has built a career focused on customer service and corporate areas aligned with business demands, consolidating his position in specialized consultancies in the sector. In his most recent experience, at SONDA Brasil, he worked for ten years, holding different positions until, most recently, assuming the position of Director of Utilities Operations in the country.
At Engineering Brasil, his challenges include managing the sales team, generating a business pipeline, implementing processes to qualify opportunities aligned with the company's culture, and growing the customer base in the Energy & Utilities vertical.
