Rimini Street, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMNI), a global provider of enterprise software products and services, announces that DPaschoal, a leading Brazilian tire, battery, shock absorber and brake sales company, has signed a seven-year contract with Rimini Street to support your SAP ECC 6.0 ERP. The migration to Rimini Street support and maintenance services is part of DPaschoal's transformation roadmap, which aims to leverage the customer's digital experience, focusing on investing in people, business intelligence through technology and sustainability of the its corporate ecosystem. Resources such as time, money and professionals were redirected to enhance DPaschoal's digital portal, which provides real-time information with the aim of improving the customer experience.

IT investments aligned with business strategy
An extremely recognized brand in the Brazilian retail market, DPaschoal performs maintenance services for passenger cars, light fleets, trucks, heavy fleets and buses, in addition to tires for OTR (off the road) and agricultural vehicles, and has more than 130 stores throughout Brazil.
As part of its long-term strategy, DPaschoal was looking for partners that were aligned with its objectives and with its vision of the innovation and business transformation roadmap. All products and suppliers in the technology area were analyzed from the perspective of maintaining the company's financial health, without giving up on excellence and the capacity to support the company's growth. After analyzing the SAP ERP in use, it was concluded that there was no significant ROI for this change in the short and medium term, as a new highly costly and risky ERP implementation would not translate into direct benefits for the process. of DPaschoal transformation.
“We didn't want to update or replace our ERP, but rather maximize the investments already made in the current system. The ERP is the system that supports the company, that's why we need a robust solution that works without failures or interruptions”, says the CIO of Grupo DPaschoal, Osvaldo Keller. “The move to Rimini Street is fully in line with the way we do business. We wouldn't make such an impactful change if we weren't sure Rimini is the right supplier to leverage our upcoming transformation and innovation projects.
What was previously spent on system maintenance can now be invested in a business growth and transformation strategy, by offering more and better digital experiences to the DPaschoal customer. Based on this premise, our partnership was fully planned and is part of our long-term corporate strategy.”
Ultra-responsive support with highly skilled engineers
As with all Rimini Street customers, DPaschoal benefits from a flexible, premium enterprise software support model, including an industry-leading SLA, with a 10-minute response time for all Priority 1 critical cases. The Primary Support Manager (PSE) is assigned to the company, supported by a team of experts with an average of 20 years of experience in your specific software system. The customizations made over the years to the system and the tax deliveries at the federal level are other advantages of the partnership with Rimini Street.
“Rimini's support service brings us security for the operation. The engineers have a very high degree of knowledge and serve us with great quality and speed. We need this guarantee in the IT back office systems to support the digital acceleration that we design for the coming years”, says the CIO. “In a different way from the market, the contract with Rimini Street starts with a duration of 7 years. Big changes happen gradually and with intelligence, and Rimini is fully inserted in this context in our future plans”.
“Retail CIOs are accelerating digital transformation projects that improve customers' digital and physical experience and help drive revenue growth and profit margin. An effective strategy for organizations to deliver on their innovation priorities is to strike a balance between optimizing existing IT investments and new digital transformation projects,” says Edenize Maron, general manager of Rimini Street Latin America.
