Solution enables remote due diligence with automated testimony recording and transcription

Collect testimonies remotely and safely: this is the proposal of Dígitro Tecnologia's Virtual Testimonial Room. The UNA module, the company's institutional communication system, allows Police Stations to take statements without having to physically move their personnel, streamlining the process and ensuring the integrity of information. For the population, the system also brings benefits because it avoids the need to travel and guarantees security in the information provided to the police authority.

According to the Strategic Account Manager at Dígitro Tecnologia, Fábio Fernandes, the Virtual Testimonial Room allows the Civil Police to collect testimonies remotely, in video rooms protected by encryption and password. The recording, once completed, is automatically transcribed and identifies each of the participants in the hearing. After collecting the testimony, it is still possible to do a textual review before closing the deed.

The manager also highlights that the platform optimizes agents' time, as it frees up police officers for operational activities, whether in ostensible policing or investigative activities. “Technology is an ally to optimize work and reduce the costs of moving police personnel. With this gain in time, the officers remain more time dedicated to other stages of the police investigation”, evaluates Fernandes.
