Among the technologies incorporated in the Mercato Sadia store, in Vila Leopoldina, west of São Paulo, BRF bet on RP Info's ERP as a means to bring efficiency and productivity to the new business model. The brand brought together the products of its broad portfolio in a single location and devised a model store concept, focused on facilitating the consumer's journey.

Among the biggest reasons for complaints from consumers in supermarkets is the POS, responsible for finalizing the service. Aware that a robust and reliable ERP creates a more pleasant and unobstructed shopping experience, the system implemented was the RPDV, which centrally manages all cashiers and ECFs of individual stores or chains, in addition to integrating promotions, virtual packs, among other solutions. “Our technology allows the POS to work independently, ensuring that the service is never interrupted and that the shopping experience is completed without obstacles”, says the commercial director of RP Info, Tiago Nascimento.

Another effective service technology is Self Checkouts, a RP Info facility where the customer himself purchases his cash at the checkout and makes the payment himself. This whole process is done in a simple, practical and safe way, with a system in which each registered product is placed in a bag supported on a scale, which sends weight and value information to prove that it corresponds to the selected item.

They were also incorporated in the QR Codes store that will give access to hundreds of recipes, digital menu and self-service totem for ordering cold cuts, being possible to choose the thickness of the slice.
