The Program is based on three fundamental pillars: the Code of Ethics and Conduct, Compliance Training and the Reporting Channel. These components are essential to ensure integrity and compliance in the initiatives carried out by the company.
With the Code of Ethics and Conduct, guidelines are established for the ethical conduct of all employees, suppliers and business partners. Defines the fundamental principles and values that guide the company's activities, promoting a healthy and respectful work environment. Compliance Training enables employees to understand and comply with internal policies and procedures. This initiative strengthens the culture of compliance and ethics, ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.
