According to the Director of Legal Market and BPO of Benner, Ivan Pires, the company has been tracing a history of success over the years, and, today, has two promising offers to the market, which include software and services. In the technological area, the highlight is Benner's judicial management platform (Corporate and Smart), which aims to automate company processes, generating more productivity and security in managing the flow of documents and legal proceedings. The offer of services has been gaining strength in recent years, as the company started to develop specialized services to serve clients in the legal sector, especially through its Operational BPO, which aims at Legal Efficiency, Judicial Calculations that optimize errors and generate quick responses and judicial assistance and the Strategic BPO, focused on credit recovery, professional agents, among others. "The main objective of the Operational BPO is to remove activities that do not add value to in-house lawyers, so that they gain time to carry out more strategic functions. Therefore, we use robotic technologies to automate these operational spheres, making use of algorithms, in addition to innovative Artificial Intelligence and RPA resources”, emphasizes Pires.

For the executive, through cutting-edge technologies it is possible to carry out various activities that represent a gain in legal efficiency and cost reduction. With regard to judicial calculation, Benner has a team of specialists who work with the objective of obtaining greater assertiveness in labor, administrative and tax calculations. “When we talk about BPO for the market, it's not just about automating the client's work, but about achieving gains in operations, scale, legal efficiency and especially a results SLA, where the client monitors deliveries in real time.
