With the objective of optimizing processes and reducing the operational effort of health operators, the CONTRATO DIGITAL platform can reduce up to 50% of administrative glosses, while RESSARCI-SUS, aims to simplify and promote the digitalization of the procedure for Reimbursement to SUS (Single System of Health)

Reaffirming its pioneering spirit in Supplementary Health, Benner, a Brazilian company, a market reference when it comes to providing technology and services for health plans, has just announced the launch of REIMBURSEMENT and Digital Contract. The new platforms were born integrated with the Benner Management system for health operators, and were built according to the most modern concepts when it comes to technology, through cloud microservices, and can be integrated with any market software, through Specific APIs for integration.

According to the Head of Market and Products at Benner, Rodrigo Garcia, “the innovations are aimed at optimizing operators' internal processes, in addition to reducing operational effort, through automation mechanisms of some fundamental routines related to contractualization in health. supplement and reimbursement to the SUS”, he says.

Digital Contract: Cloud Platform

In general terms, more than 50% of the glosses are related to discrepancies in prices negotiated between the health plan and the service provider, thus causing enormous wear and tear between the players involved in the negotiation

The Digital Contract is a negotiation portal whose mission is to simplify the contracting process, through a set of microservices in the cloud, which provides a negotiation workflow between the service provider and the health operator. Through the solution, it is possible for both parties to negotiate and suggest contact adjustments, in a practical and safe way.

The technology developed by Benner offers even more benefits after the agreement, as it provides for the generation of a final table to be made available to the service provider and the health operator, thus enabling the digital signature of the contract. “After the agreement between both parties, the values become official and validated from the term defined in the contract, allowing consultation, both by the operator and by the providers in a single place, thus facilitating the entire flow of negotiation and contractualization between the health operator and service providers”, explains Garcia.

The executive highlights that the solution, in addition to centralizing information and providing digital signatures, has several other benefits, including at a strategic level. “This solution promises to reduce by approximately 50% the operational effort related to price disallowances, which occurred between health operators and providers. In addition, the Digital Contract will allow the Health Manager to simulate the impact of price adjustments agreed between the health operator and service providers, thus contributing to harmony between the players in the sector.

Ressarci-SUS: automation and process safety

The Ressarci-SUS is a technological solution that aims to facilitate the procedure for Reimbursement to the SUS, which makes it possible to manage guides such as AIH and APAC, and to handle challenges in an automated way, with the possibility of generating mandatory documents. In addition, the new technology automates other processes, such as integration with Persus.

Garcia points out that the solution has a series of automations and integrations, necessary for the systematization of the entire reimbursement procedure to the SUS – a legal obligation that all operators must comply with before the Federal Government and the Ministry of Health. “The software makes it possible to digitize the process from end to end, in addition to reducing operational effort and ensuring process safety and reliability”, he adds.

Solutions to revolutionize the market

According to the VP of Innovation and Technology at Benner, Marcelo Murilo, the new solutions should contribute to the growth and strengthening of Benner's healthcare vertical. “We are very focused on innovation. For this reason, we tirelessly seek to solve the main pains of our customers, as is the case of operators who are always looking for solutions to automate their processes”, he says.

Murilo clarifies that the Benner Group is one of the largest providers of technologies for the health area in the country, contemplating technological solutions for health operators, clinics and hospitals, in addition to the BPO in Healthcare, which has several services that focus on transformation and outsourcing. of healthcare operators' processes “The sum of Benner's experience in healthcare and our concern to serve customers with quality, result in innovative solutions aligned with our intention to revolutionize the entire healthcare ecosystem”, he concludes.
