Initiative focuses on the preparation and certification of students from the Ânima ecosystem in corporate management systems and qualification in Software as a Service (SaaS)

Ânima Educação and Oracle signed an unprecedented partnership to promote the training program for consultants in Oracle ERP Cloud. The initiative focuses on the preparation and certification of students from the Ânima ecosystem in corporate management systems and qualification in Software as a Service (SaaS), training professionals who will be able to work in the areas of management and governance of companies such as: Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Assets, as well as Functional and Technical Consulting and End User Support.
The program offers, free of charge, Oracle ERP Cloud training tracks for students from educational institutions that are part of Ânima’s learning ecosystem across the country (bachelor or technologist) in Technology, Management & Business courses that are at least in the third semester of graduation, as well as teachers and employees of the educational organization who are interested in the area.
UniRitter Business Administration student Larissa Borba Zamperetti, 33, evaluates the experience positively. “I thought the opportunity was great and I didn't want to miss it, mainly because later on I intend to work as an Oracle consultant. Despite studying Administration, I'm going to this side of technology. I started studies with Power BI and Python and I still want to study data analysis. I believe that this Oracle certification will help me to gain a better position in the market”, he aims.
João Lopes da Silva Júnior, 48-year-old student of Commercial Management at Universidade São Judas Tadeu, agrees with Larissa and emphasizes his dedication to achieving a good grade in the certification test at the end of the course. “I'm enjoying it a lot and I've been dedicating myself to studying. I have reviewed the content to get a good grade. I believe that the course is being very important for the conclusion of my semester and, for sure, it will be a differential in the job market. I would not have been able to do this certification and I thought this partnership was great”, he says.
The Information Technology (IT) professor at Unisociesc, Arquelau Pasta, considers the initiative something innovative and of great value, both for teachers and students. “The partnership between Ânima and Oracle makes it possible for students to be in direct contact with the material and all the expertise of a 'Big Tech', bringing them the latest in the IT area”, he says.
According to the Brazilian Association of Information and Communication Technology Companies (Brasscom), a deficit of 797,000 IT professionals is estimated by 2025. To meet the demand for new professionals in the area, the partnership brings three training tracks Foundation, Business Process Essentials and Elective Specializations in online format with a total course load of 94 hours. The journey of studies is done with the conclusion of each of the stages that, at the end, will have access to the certifications of each formation of the trail.
According to the president of Oracle in Brazil, Alexandre Maioral, the project for training Oracle consultants plays a fundamental role in accelerating the training of these consultants so that partners and customers have a good supply of labor. The choice of Ânima Educação to start the project was strategic and considered the recognized quality of education offered by the institution, in addition to the possibility of developing the initiative on a large scale throughout the country.
“The program will provide theoretical and practical knowledge to implement the ERP Cloud solution, a latent demand in the technology sector. We believe that certification helps the professional a lot in terms of visibility for hiring and appreciation in the job market”, he explains.
The coordinator of the Dual Teaching at Ânima Educação, Flávio Calado, explains that the partnership is in line with the main academic differential of the group, which is to bring students closer to large companies and offer them professional training connected to the main demands of the world of work, through of Dual Teaching.
“The importance of this type of study lies in the opportunities offered to students, in addition to opening doors to job offers. The great differential of this project is the connection of the knowledge of business processes acquired at Ânima Educação with the business practices that companies seek with management systems such as Oracle”, he says.
Flexible, market-integrated curriculum
Interested students have access to Ânima Educação's own platform, which makes all of Oracle's ERP Cloud content available 24 hours a day, every day, even after completing the trails. Throughout the learning journey, students are accompanied by professors from the areas of Technology and Management & Business at the Ânima institutions, who guide the journey and clear up any doubts. In addition to the contents, there are also training sessions updated periodically with the news that the Oracle solution delivers to the market.
At the end of the journey, Oracle offers students from the Ânima ecosystem completion certificates and the opportunity to take the professional certification test completely free of charge. On the other hand, these certificates are used in the academic curriculum of Ânima students, which brings them closer to their graduation diploma.
