Arrival of new executive aims to drive strategic international growth, operational excellence and customer experience in EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions

ADP, the global leader in payroll management solutions, has just announced that Virginia Magliulo has been promoted to the position of Global President of Employer Services for the company. His predecessor in office, Don Mc Guire, is taking on a new role as ADP's Vice President and Corporate CFO.

As Global President of Employer Services, Virginia Magliulo will lead international operations aimed at driving strategic international growth, operational excellence and customer experience in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), APAC (Asia Pacific) and LATAM markets. (Latin America) for payroll, time and work, human resources and benefits management solutions.

Virginia started her career as an engineer and, in 2015, joined ADP as director of customer service in Italy. After a short stint, she was promoted to general manager at the same location and in southern Europe. In 2019, the executive was named corporate director on the board of directors and then president of ADP's Global View.

Graduated in electronic engineering at Politecnico di Milano and PMI certified at the Project Management Institute, Virginia was recently included among the one hundred “Wonder Women” of the Forbes Italy. Recognition came for his leadership and advocacy for inclusion, diversity and equity initiatives, primarily through his work on the #BreakTheCeiling Committee.
