THE ADP Brazil Labs Enrollment is now open for its 2022 Internship Program. There are several opportunities for students pursuing higher education in the area of technology. It is necessary to have availability of 30 hours per week, for one year, in addition to intermediate English. The working mode is remote with the possibility of becoming a hybrid.

Julio Hartmann, vice president of ADP Brazil Labs, says that the laboratory is part of one of the seven innovation centers that ADP has around the world and one of the fundamental premises for Labs' operations concerns diversity. “We believe that a diverse team is the basis for building the future of work, so this is a point that we value and prioritize. For us, success is the result of a strategy that puts people first”, he says.

The laboratory's mission is to develop software and infrastructure solutions for ADP's technological products in the more than 140 countries where the company operates. Thus, the projects developed by ADP Brazil Labs professionals have a global scale, allowing the employees of the Brazilian unit to interact and exchange experiences with employees from different regions of the world.

About the ADP Brazil Labs Internship Program
Active since 2010, the ADP Brazil Labs Internship Program has already received more than 200 students. Of this total, 60% were implemented. These numbers make Labs one of the companies that invest the most in the qualification and professionalization of its associates.

The Internship Program allows young people to have early contact with the latest technologies, constantly practicing the knowledge acquired in college and developing new skills within a modern and innovation-based environment. The objective is to train professionals who will contribute to the construction of solutions for the future of work, inserted in a leading company in human resources management.

The benefits offered range from a scholarship (in the 1st year, in the amount of R$ 1,556; in the second, of R$ 1,700); telecommuting allowance of R$ 178.00 (even after returning to the hybrid model); 13th scholarship; meal vouchers or food vouchers (R$ 26.77 per day); transportation voucher or free parking; possibility of carrying out and readjusting the scholarship; language program (English, Spanish, French, Italian or German) and training platforms (Alura); and Bradesco Seguro Saúde medical plan, Einstein Conecta telemedicine, among others.

Students can register on the Internship website until June 19. Selected profiles will start in August 2022
