Camila Miranda, Head of Marketing Solution Led for Latin America
To reinforce growth in the region, Adobe Experience Cloud, a world leader in marketing solutions and digital media, announces Camila Miranda for the position of Head of Marketing Solution Led for Latin America. With a 12-year career, the communication and marketing specialist arrives with the purpose of creating and developing branding and positioning strategies for the company in the region.
Camila has been Marketing Manager at the Oliver Latin America agency since June 2021, during which time she served Adobe Experience Cloud as a client and was responsible for structuring the content team, integrating it with Adobe's Global Marketing team in the US and enabling the creation and regionalization of materials for Latin America. According to the executive, content – through the use of Account Based Marketing (ABM), has become a strategic part of marketing and contributed to the generation of business opportunities for the company.
Camila points out that throughout her career she has developed a true passion for creating experiences that promote brands and their services in the B2B segment. “Now, at Adobe, I further reinforce the commitment to support the digital transformation of Latin American companies through exclusive, strategic and creative activations, increasing brand awareness in Latin America and, consequently, strengthening the relationship with customers and prospects”.
Representativeness matters
The executive also reinforces Adobe's team of leading Brazilian women who are managing several areas in the Latin America region, contributing to the company's expansion.
“Being a black woman and holding a leadership role at a big technology company like Adobe is also about representation for both internal and external audiences,” she explains. “During my career, I have received a lot of support from women close to me and I want to take on this role so that others can see themselves and reach leadership positions as well.”
The first person in her family to graduate, Miranda graduated from PROUNI with a full scholarship from the Belas Artes college and has a postgraduate degree in Organizational Marketing from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). “My paternal grandfather was the first generation of freed blacks, so my great-grandfather was still a slave. I am very proud of my trajectory and I was never afraid to embrace great challenges like this new one at Adobe”, he says.
The executive highlights that she will be part of Adobe for All, the company's internal global initiative that aims to discuss and create policies that encourage diversity and inclusion in the company. “At Adobe, we try to talk about racial, gender, sexual orientation, creed diversity, always trying to make everyone feel welcomed and I want to contribute to the discussion”.
