This Wednesday (29/06), ABES promoted the webinar Talent Development for the Future of Work, which had the participation of Ulisses Campoi Martins Rosa, Coordinator of Promotion of Innovation at MCTI – Ministry of Science, Technology; Aline Cardoso, Municipal Secretary for Economic Development and Labor of the City of São Paulo; Fábio Martinelli, Software and Cloud Computing Program Leader at IDC; Alcely Barroso, Leader of the Future of Work committee at ABES and partner at Voe sem Asas; Tiago Yonamine, Partner and founder of the Trampos platform and business mentor; Silvia Bassi, Journalist and Publisher of The Shift portal; and Paulo Milliet Roque, President of ABES.

ABES took advantage of the debate to launch the HR TECH platform, which aims to support companies in developing talent and recruiting professionals in the ICT sector. “This initiative was born from the discussions of the Future of Work Committee, on how it can improve the training of young people for new professions, which demand knowledge in technology, computing, data science, sharing information about projects that are working and encouraging retaining talent in the Brazilian market”, explains Alcely Barroso.

The platform is formed by a technological education hub, with information about courses offered by ABES member companies, institutes, NGOs, among other educational institutions. Other RH Tech services are the overview on employability in technology and the job board, developed in partnership with Trampos, a talent attraction platform specialized in jobs for digital transformation; and an exclusive study on data and trends in the labor market in Brazil, created in partnership with IDC, a leading company in market intelligence, consulting services and events in the ICT and Telecom sector.

“We, at Trampos, bring the view of the ecosystem of companies and information on what is happening in the job market. This partnership with ABES made it possible to organize this data and offer it to companies and professionals, through a panorama, which will have a very dynamic update. As for vacancies, we see today that it is not just ICT companies that demand technology professionals. Even those from more traditional segments are demanding digital professionals”, explained Tiago Yonamine, partner and founder of the Trampos platform and business mentor.

The ABES initiative was praised by Aline Cardoso (PMSP) and Ulisses Campoi (MCTI), who shared with the participants information about actions they carry out aimed at professional training and qualification, at the municipal and federal levels.
