In order to strengthen its sectorial representativeness and the connection with its associated companies, ABES has just created its Commercial Department, which will be responsible for prospecting and relationship with this public, which is the entity's raison d'être.

“Today, we have over 2,000 associates in 24 states and the Federal District. Over the years, we have evolved in our relationship and dialogue with associates through our administrative team and the SAC. But, we understood that we needed to take a new step to consolidate our expansion, build loyalty, reinforce our institutional image and learn a little more about the profiles and needs of our associate base”, he points out. Paulo Milliet Roque, President of ABES.

The commercial department will be managed by Gabriel Carlos Franco Heleno, in the role of Sales Leader, a professional trained in Marketing Communication and with an MBA in Business Management, who has been working in the area for over 20 years, as part of the teams of renowned companies, including Itaú, Verisure and B2W. “Every beginning is a challenge and here at ABES it is no different. As there has never been a commercial department in the association, setting up flows and processes is essential for our teams to be able to understand the paths to follow and achieve the objectives in a sustainable and consistent way”, he explained.
