The selection of digital solution providers will take place through a registration notice to be launched by the Brazilian Agency for Industrial Development (ABDI) on June 1, 2021. Suppliers interested in participating in the call and giving visibility to their solutions (goods and/or services) must register through the page: https://catalogodefornecedores.abdi.com.br/cadastrar. On the link it is also possible to access the notice and other information necessary for registration. (The link will be available from the 1/6)
The selected solutions will be disclosed by ABDI in a virtual catalog that will act as a kind of accessible showcase for viewing by micro and small companies (MPEs) interested in improving their digital maturity and incorporating digital goods and services in their businesses.
"The platform will work as a kind of 'one-stop shop' where MSEs will only have to consult the references of the solutions contained in the repository and, based on their needs, match with the supplier that best suits their search", explained Adryelle Pedrosa, Manager of ABDI's Digital Transformation Unit.
The supplier catalog will provide all relevant information related to the digital solutions offered and will bring the benefits of the product/service, in addition to consolidating in a single place all the options that MSEs seek for their business, giving evidence to accredited suppliers and reducing time for those seeking such information.
“The idea is that registered suppliers, through the solutions they offer, are able to stay in the sights of potential purchasing MSEs, increasing the visibility of their brand and attracting new customers. The expectation, too, is that these providers can help MSEs strengthen their digital capabilities and participate in a more dynamic way in the digital economy”, explained Adryelle.
To participate in the registration of suppliers, interested companies may register their solutions between 06/01 to 07/30. The second stage of the program provides for the approval of registered suppliers, between August 2nd and 13th. From August 16th to the 27th, stage three will take place with the publication of ABDI's Digital Jornada Project Supplier Catalog.
The supplier catalog is part of ABDI's Digital Journey program, created to effectively boost digital transformation and the incorporation of digital technologies and solutions by Brazilian companies, especially micro and small ones.
“Many MPEs do not have the time or experience to identify the digital solutions available on the market that are more adhering to their stage or level of digital maturity. Thus, the supplier catalog will simplify this process and present all the information necessary for them to find what they are looking for”, concluded Adryelle.
