Zetra, from the financial technology sector, signed the Term of Commitment for the 7th Edition of the Gender and Race Pro-Equity Program in Brasília/DF. The event symbolizes the strengthening and implementation of practices that promote diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organization.
“We are committed to ensuring that every voice is heard and every talent is recognized. This signature represents more than a commitment; It is a concrete step towards a more egalitarian and inclusive future for everyone”, highlighted Rosy Araujo, Zetra Advisor, who was present at the occasion.
Also present at the ceremony were the Minister of Women, Cida Gonçalves, the president of Banco do Brasil, Tarciana Medeiros, the director of the International Labor Organization (ILO), Vinícius Pinheiro, the representative of UN Women in Brazil, Ana Carolina Querino, as well as of national secretaries, presidents, CEOs and directors. In total, 103 companies joined the initiative, which seeks to promote gender and racial equity practices in organizational culture, focusing on the areas of management and human resources.

Rosy Araujo reiterated the company's commitment to concrete actions to drive equity and the tangible benefits that such efforts bring to both organizational culture and society in general. “Zetra has always stood out for its authentic concern in building a work environment that is inclusive and fair, recognizing diversity as a fundamental element for innovation and sustainable development. So much so that almost 50% in our company are female employees, an index very high for the technology sector, which is in the range of 39%”, he reveals.
Minister Cida Gonçalves emphasized that signing the agreement is not just adherence to a program, but a civilizing process of cultural change in the country and the world. According to the minister, “this simple gesture can save women's lives, empower them to enter the job market and improve themselves professionally, placing Brazil in a central place in humanity”.
The president of Banco do Brasil, Tarciana Medeiros, highlighted the importance of intentionality in equity actions, reinforcing that it is possible to have social action combined with commercial action. The director of the ILO, Vinícius Pinheiro, and the representative of UN Women, Ana Carolina Querino, also emphasized the importance of promoting diverse and inclusive work environments.
“With this, Zetra is committed to building a more equal and inclusive future, where all individuals, regardless of gender or race, have the same opportunities for development and success. To this end, it will implement training and leadership policies and practices with a focus on diversity, along with the implementation of an inclusive recruitment process, strengthening the Whistleblower Channel for reporting irregularities, among other initiatives that promote gender and racial equity in the our organizational culture”, explains Rosy Araujo.
In March 2026, after executing the action plan, the 103 companies that joined the 7th Edition must present a final report with the results achieved. The Ministry of Women will announce those who stood out for their equity practices in May, and in June of the same year the ceremony will be held to award the Gender and Race Pro-Equity Seal, a Federal Government brand that recognizes equity initiatives in the environment of work, actively combating gender and racial discrimination.
