The initiatives are aimed at cisgender, transgender, and transvestite women over 16 years of age who wish to learn about Artificial Intelligence or develop basic programming skills. The programs offer free online classes taught by Microsoft experts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The &quot;Women in AI&quot; program reinforces Microsoft&#039;s commitment to fostering inclusion, reducing inequalities in access, and increasing the participation of women in the Brazilian technology sector. The initiative helps women at different stages of their careers to have more opportunities in the job market. In its 9th edition, the course presents introductory content on managing AI agents in Copilot and AI applied to productivity.<\/p>\n<p>There will also be 2,500 free places available for an introductory Python course, aimed at women who want to take their first steps in programming. The training is offered by the NGO WoMakersCode, through the maismulheres.tech platform, in collaboration with the Women at Microsoft group, and will be held online.<\/p>\n<p>Launched in March 2021 as a collaboration between Microsoft and WoMakersCode, the maismulheres.tech platform was created with the goal of empowering 100,000 women for the technology market and has already surpassed that objective, currently bringing together more than 120,000 students. The platform offers free courses in the areas of programming, data, cloud computing, and employability, focusing on expanding women&#039;s access to opportunities in the technology sector and strengthening their entry and retention in the market.<\/p>\n<p>Learn more about the initiatives:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women in AI Program \u2013 AB-900: Microsoft 365 Certified (basic aspects of Copilot administration and Beta agents)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the growing use of AI agents and their direct impact on market productivity, Elas na AI will offer a dedicated track for the new AB-900 certification. Classes will last one hour and will be held from February 12th to March 12th at 7 PM.<\/p>\n<p>The track includes content on AI agents, governance, Copilot administration, and essential platform fundamentals. To encourage female participation in the sector, WoMakersCode, in partnership with Microsoft, will distribute 70 free certification vouchers to the top-performing participants. The track is introductory, practical, and accessible, focusing on programming logic and the fundamentals of the Python language, one of the most widely used in areas such as data, automation, and artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>The course takes place from March 2nd to 31st and will be taught online on the platform.\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/www.maismulheres.tech\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.maismulheres.tech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">morewomen.tech<\/a>\u00a0With short lessons, practical exercises, quizzes, and challenges that reinforce learning and can be completed at each student&#039;s own pace.
