The announcement was made official this Tuesday (9), in S\u00e3o Paulo, during a meeting between Lisa Monaco, president of Global Affairs at Microsoft, and Emerson Costa Santos, director of the SENAI-SP unit. Created by Microsoft and executed by SENAI-SP, the CyBR program will expand digital security training for teachers and students of the network, as well as interested external parties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The project will be divided into stages, one of which is the training of teachers at advanced levels in Cybersecurity Architecture (SC-100), Security Operations Analysis (SC-200), Identity and Access Management (SC-300), and Security in Azure, Microsoft&#039;s cloud. These teachers will be responsible for disseminating the knowledge to their students. Another aspect includes the creation of an online course, available on the SENAI-SP learning platform, open to students and non-students. The content will cover the fundamentals of cybersecurity and cyber hygiene, combining theory, practical activities, and digital resources.<\/p>\n<p>This course will offer a comprehensive approach to digital security, starting with essential online protection practices such as creating strong passwords, using multi-factor authentication, protecting personal data and privacy, and strategies for identifying scams, fraud, and phishing attacks. Inspired by the Microsoft SC-900 certification (Fundamentals of Security, Compliance, and Identity), the content will present the fundamental principles of security, compliance, and identity in the cloud, including concepts of Zero Trust, identity and access management, threat protection, data governance, and privacy. Participants will also learn best practices for keeping devices secure, performing backups, updating systems, and adopting an ethical stance in digital citizenship. Through simulations and practical exercises, they will have the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge to prevent risks and ensure a safer online experience.<\/p>\n<p>Second\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/brasscom.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/BRI2-2025-008-Relatorio-de-Ciberseguranca-v13-3.pdf\" href=\"https:\/\/brasscom.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/BRI2-2025-008-Relatorio-de-Ciberseguranca-v13-3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\">Brasscom report<\/a>, Brazil ranks 12th in the global cybersecurity market and is expected to invest R$ 104.6 billion between 2025 and 2028. In 2023, the country recorded 60 billion attempted cyberattacks, and the demand for professionals in the field is growing by 16.1% annually, highlighting the sector&#039;s employability potential.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis initiative reinforces our commitment to preparing young people for the challenges of the digital age. By equipping them with cybersecurity skills, we are enabling them to thrive safely in today&#039;s digital world,\u201d says Lisa Monaco, President of Global Affairs at Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p>According to Emerson Costa Santos, director of the SENAI-SP unit, this collaboration represents an important milestone in offering training in cybersecurity and digital citizenship. &quot;We are creating real opportunities for young people and adults, strengthening employability and contributing to a safer and more competitive Brazil,&quot; he emphasizes.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative is part of Microsoft Brazil&#039;s ConectAI program, which aims to train 5 million Brazilians in artificial intelligence by 2027.
