Small businesses and consumers may be harmed by increased costs and a reduction in the supply of digital services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>The need for technical and transparent debate.<\/b><br \/>\nThe complexity of the topic demands a qualified debate, with the participation of experts, representatives from the productive sector, civil society, and parliamentarians.
