This year, once again, the Gera\u00e7\u00e3o TEC program will be a fundamental agent in managing these opportunities. The big news is the increase in the number of cities that will be mapped, which increased from 12 to 20, covering all regions. From the point of view of the Santa Catarina Association of Technology Companies (ACATE), the relevance of this action lies in the possibility of enabling decentralized growth, strengthening all technological hubs in Santa Catarina, in addition to the Capital itself.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tAccording to the HR mapping in Information and Communication Technology carried out by our entity, it is estimated that by 2015 the IT sector in Santa Catarina will have around 11 thousand vacancies open \u2013 this year alone there will be around 4 thousand jobs. Such opportunities will be found in the more than 1,800 companies in the segment spread throughout the territory of Santa Catarina, which due to economic, geographic and even social conditions have specific demands for labor. By listening to such demands and adapting the course offerings to them, the program will help disseminate knowledge and training, so that the segment can develop under more balanced conditions.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tIn other words, this is an important opportunity for the 13 regional technology hubs and IT companies to not only boost their businesses, but also promote social inclusion and economic and social development in a more organic way. To this end, businesspeople must participate in the mapping and present their demands.
