The track integrates learning across various skills and competencies, particularly those related to artificial intelligence, such as the use of copilots and generative AI tools, with ethical and productivity guidelines. This is complemented by content on data, programming (such as Python and JavaScript), cloud concepts and digital collaboration, as well as communication, adaptability, and teamwork.<\/p>\n<p>Among the organizations that have already adopted initiatives in this format are\u00a0<strong>Magalu<\/strong>, which recently announced a trainee program focused on artificial intelligence developed in partnership with Alura, and the\u00a0<strong>Bradesco<\/strong>, which structured a training program for young technology talent. The examples show how different sectors\u2014from retail to finance\u2014are investing in their talent from the beginning of their careers, connecting education and practice.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative aligns with global talent development trends.
