With the aim of modernizing its service structure and internal management, the\u00a0Dahruj Group<\/strong>, one of the largest groups of vehicle dealerships in Brazil, chose the\u00a0FreshService by Freshworks<\/strong>\u00a0as a central ITSM (IT Service Management) platform.
