(NASDAQ: DOCU), a pioneer in the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) category, announced the\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/investor.docusign.com\/investors\/press-releases\/press-release-details\/2025\/Docusign-Announces-Second-Quarter-Fiscal-2026-Financial-Results\/default.aspx\" href=\"https:\/\/investor.docusign.com\/investors\/press-releases\/press-release-details\/2025\/Docusign-Announces-Second-Quarter-Fiscal-2026-Financial-Results\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\">second quarter fiscal year 2026 results<\/a>, closed on July 31, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cQ2 was an exceptional quarter, with AI innovation launches and recent changes in go-to-market strategy resulting in strong performance in our eSignature, CLM, and IAM businesses,\u201d said Allan Thygesen, CEO of Docusign. \u201cQ2 results exceeded expectations, resulting in one of Docusign\u2019s highest-growth and most profitable quarters in recent years.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Second Quarter Financial Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>The recipe <\/strong>was US$1,000.6 million, an increase of US$1,300.00 compared to the previous year, with no significant impact from exchange rates. Subscription revenue was US$1,000.00, an increase of US$1,000.00 compared to the previous year. Professional and other services revenue was US$1,000.00, a decrease of US$1,31.00 compared to the previous year.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>The billing <\/strong>was US$$ 818.0 million, an increase of US$13% from the prior year, including approximately US$1% of positive impact from foreign exchange rates.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>GAAP gross margin <\/strong>was 79.31TP3Q, compared to 78.91TP3Q in the same period last year. Non-GAAP gross margin was 82.01TP3Q, compared to 82.21TP3Q in the same period last year.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>GAAP net income per basic share <\/strong>was US$ 0.31 on 203 million shares outstanding, compared to US$ 4.34 on 205 million shares outstanding in the same period last year.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>GAAP net income per diluted share <\/strong>was US$ 0.30 on 211 million shares outstanding, compared to US$ 4.26 on 208 million shares outstanding in the same period last year.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Non-GAAP net income per diluted share <\/strong>was US$ 0.92 on 211 million shares outstanding, compared to US$ 0.97 on 208 million shares outstanding in the same period last year.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Net cash generated by operating activities <\/strong>was US$$ 246.1 million, compared to US$$ 220.2 million in the same period last year.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Free cash flow <\/strong>was US$$ 217.6 million, compared to US$$ 197.9 million in the same period last year.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Cash, cash equivalents and investments\u00a0<\/strong>were US$1.1 billion at the end of the quarter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Repurchases of common shares <\/strong>were US$$ 201.5 million, compared to US$$ 200.1 million in the same period last year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A reconciliation of GAAP and non-GAAP financial measures has been presented in the tables included in this press release.
