The transaction involves primary and secondary contributions, consolidating General Atlantic as a significant minority shareholder in Softplan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The investment focuses on Softplan&#039;s software unit, Starian, which targets private clients. The business strategy is based on creating vertically integrated and specialized software ecosystems that offer complementary solutions with integrated management.<\/p>\n<p>The proceeds from the primary investment will be allocated to strengthening existing solutions in the Construction Industry, Legal Intelligence, and Operational Efficiency segments.
