Until August 28, individuals with a degree in any undergraduate program recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC)\u2014bachelor&#039;s, licentiate, or technologist\u2014and completed between December 2021 and December 2025 can apply through\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/www.nestlecomvoce.com.br\/programadetrainee\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nestlecomvoce.com.br\/programadetrainee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\">link<\/a>. There are opportunities for the Nestl\u00e9 factory in Araras.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As they progress through the selection process, candidates will be able to participate in an &quot;online challenge&quot; focused on behavior and leadership. Once applications are complete, the selection process will include an online testing trail, followed by panels with the Human Resources team, leadership, and final interviews.<\/p>\n<p>The company offers opportunities in a wide range of areas, including Marketing, Business Transformation, Human Resources, Technology, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales.<\/p>\n<p>During the registration period, the company offers online masterclasses taught by company experts, focusing on improving behavioral skills such as Critical Thinking, Growth Mindset, and Data-Driven Storytelling. The presentations will be available on the\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@EurecaCanal\/videos\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@EurecaCanal\/videos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">Eureka YouTube<\/a>, Nestl\u00e9\u2019s partner in the selection process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits and requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The benefits offered include market-competitive remuneration, medical, dental and medication assistance, private pension, life insurance, profit sharing, product discounts, parental leave and meal vouchers, as well as access to the Well-Being Program, an online network of nutritionists, psychologists, physical activities, among others.<\/p>\n<p>As a highlight, the company also offers selected people access to<strong>\u00a0Trainee Hub<\/strong>, an educational platform with subsidies from Nestl\u00e9 for undergraduate, graduate, MBA, free courses and language courses, all available during the two years of the program.<\/p>\n<p>As a prerequisite, you must be available to travel and change cities and\/or states, as well as a desire to make a difference and build your own story.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social media campaign to expand reach<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of the highlights for this year is a robust media campaign, which will feature short videos sharing a glimpse into what it&#039;s like to work at Nestl\u00e9, as well as social media posts and the participation of senior leaders who began their careers as trainees. On another front, trends will be produced on the TikTok platform, reinforcing the company&#039;s positioning and its presence in people&#039;s lives.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;This year&#039;s selection process is special because it combines innovation and affection, demonstrating how we are present in every stage of our consumers&#039; lives\u2014people who later go on to work here.
