The moderation of this debate was conducted by Sandra Boccia, editorial and executive director of a group of brands from Editora Globo, including PEGN and \u00c9poca Neg\u00f3cios.<\/p>\n<p>\tRodolfo F\u00fccher, president of ABES, thanked the speakers and spoke about the series of webinars \u201cNovos Tempos\u201d, which the association started to carry out since the end of March to discuss areas impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, whose videos are available on the channel of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCljjWKQhnijL65nQJ52D6Bg\">YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Fear, information and solidarity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t\u201cLiquid Emotions\u201d was the topic addressed by Arthur Bezerra, investor in #startups and professor at FDC, FGV and IPOG. Arthur considered that if an entrepreneur does not understand the context in which he is living, how can he make products, services and projects for this situation. \u201cIt is our duty as leaders, to increase the level of information to reduce our ignorance, to reduce our terror to a level of fear. We are facing something that we do not know and we must understand a little about this quarantine, the virus and the protection and prevention measures. With the information, we are trying to reassure our teams and envision a future. We reduce fear with information and solidarity \u201d, he said.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Mourning and health heroes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tOmar Ribeiro Thomaz, Professor in the Department of Anthropology and Director of the Center for International Studies on Migration at Unicamp, addressed \u201cthe post-pandemic world\u201d and explained that he currently participates in an international pandemic observatory. \u201cHuman behavior is not manifested in a uniform way, as we have different social, cultural and national contexts. The post-pandemic world will be marked by immense unpredictability \u201d, he commented. Omar spoke about how each country experiences social isolation in a specific way. He also cited issues that need to be discussed after the pandemic: such as the experience of the un lived mourning of those who cannot dismiss the relatives who died in Covid-19, the issue of mobility and tourism and the need to value the professionals who are at the forefront of the fight against the new coronavirus: doctors, nurses, cleaning professionals, among others.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Intimate makeover<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t\u201cThe resumption of a new human being\u201d was addressed by Elizabeth Leonetti, an executive in people management with a strong role in organizational restructuring, governance and in the leadership of cultural transformation processes. She commented that it is still not possible to give answers to understand this recovery, but it is possible to accept that we will live a new wave of behavioral transformation. \u201cI am optimistic and I think that this human being comes with a great desire to be more human, who is afraid, who has uncertainties, dedicated to the common good and accepting the invitation to make an intimate reform, looking more inwardly, reinvent itself \u201d, he pondered.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Illusion of control<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tRodolfo Ara\u00fajo, Vice President for Latin America at United Minds, cultural transformation consultancy, master in Communication and Journalist at PUC \/ SP, approached the possibility of constant transformation as being a \u201cnew normal\u201d. \u201cWe are being forced to exercise our peripheral vision, to contemplate variables that we were not used to, to change our relationship with error and to exercise adaptability. The pandemic puts us face to face with our illusion of control, \u201dhe said. Business health is based on people&#039;s physical and mental health. &quot;How are people treated and will they be treated in organizations?&quot; it is a question that remains and should guide this transformation, in view of so many variables that will need to be evaluated in the post-pandemic world: processes, leadership training, work spaces, communication, company values and learning, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Self development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t\u201cThe new practices of Home Office\u201d were addressed by Francisco Antonio Soeltl, founder and Chairman &amp; CEO of the MicroPower Global Group, on the importance of people being protagonists of digital transformation and on the challenge of entrepreneurs to manage change at speed exponential, which is not always possible.
