\n\tIn this time of instability, the art of reinventing, creativity and technology have been fundamental to supporting the financial health of businesses. To help micro, small and medium entrepreneurs to continue offering their services even in the period of social isolation, since last month, Serasa Experian has been promoting a series of lives with tips and examples of good practices in business management. Chats take place every Thursday at 6 pm on Serasa Experian's Instagram (@serasa_experian<\/a>) with company experts and the presence of special guests.<\/p>\n

\tThe themes of the lives are varied and, this month, they will cover tips on how to adopt innovative practices and tools in the business, strategies to delight customers and security and negotiation recommendations for the prevention of fraudsters. According to the director of Small and Medium Enterprises at Serasa Experian, Fernanda Monnerat, the purpose of the lives is to provide guidance and functional examples so that entrepreneurs can adopt them in their daily lives.<\/p>\n
