Today, companies are having to quickly learn how to use the new expedient format, telecommuting.<\/p>\n<p>\tDespite being used by many companies even before the pandemic, remote work, home office, exploded with the need for social isolation due to the Covid19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>\tThis modality is generating several issues in the labor market and, for this reason, ABES \u2013 Brazilian Association of Software Companies has gathered guidelines in order to answer questions from employers and employees.<\/p>\n<p>\tAccording to the President of the Board of ABES, Francisco Camargo, legislation alone is not enough. Companies need to have norms and guidelines for teleworking that allow technology to keep up with legislation to avoid abuses and legal problems.<\/p>\n<p>\t&quot;Even with the measures recently adopted by the government to increase the legal security of telecommuting, technology has moved faster and provided tools that allow employees to work at home, in the same virtual workspace they had in the company, with a good user experience .
